Winemaking and aging rooms were obtained from the renovation of what used to be a stable and a barn at Podere Pascena, built in traditional stone at the beginning of the 1900s.
In the cellar the goal is to keep alive the fruit and the aromas of each grape variety,
respecting their expression and typicity.
The use of casks, large French oak barrels
for the Rosso and Brunello di Montalcino
and tonneaux and barriques for the IGT,
aims to enhance the identity of the wines
without covering the varietal expression.
